Using the PEIR for the SWRCB Statewide Restoration General Order (SRGO), Baduwa't Watershed Council proposes the restoration of approximately 3,515 linear feet and 7.36 acre of lower Powers Creek for the purpose of restoring salmon and riparian habitats in lower Powers Creek and increasing the abundance of Coho salmon and steelhead populations in the Mad River.
