The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2020-0088-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, for the Project Applicant, Victorville Water District. The Project involves a minor amendment to the Agreement to amend the Project description to remove the construction of the concrete apron from the Project description and to add the construction of a concrete slurry within the same Project footprint. This amendment does not include modifications to the measures in the Agreement.
