The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed
Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-56417-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project
Applicant is the California Department of Transportation. This Agreement authorizes the California Department of
Transportation to replace culverts, clear and recontour the channel, and revegetate the area with two years of
monitoring at the Project location.
