Document Description
The Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Zone 7 (District) is proposing to construct a sheet pile floodwall along the top of the existing earthen levee, from #55 Meadow Drive, west of the Meadow Drive Bridge, to Pump Station 5, which is just east of #825 Vendola Drive. The total length of the floodwall would be about 7,800 feet, and the maximum width would be about 14 inches. The floodwall would be constructed of composite or steel sheet piles. The District's objective for the Project is to provide protection for the Santa Venetia neighborhood from the 100-year flood for the 30-year design life of the Project.
