The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as MD-1 Hidden Lakes Surface Water Treatment Plant. The components of the Project to be funded by the State Water Board include construction of a new surface drinking water treatment facility which will provide sufficient capacity and ensure compliance with water quality standards.
