The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-KER-30500-R4 (Agreement), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicants Sanborn Solar, LLC; EdSan 1C Solar Storage, LLC; EdSan 2A Solar Storage, LLC; EdSan 2B Solar Storage, LLC; Daylight II, LLC; Daylight II-A, LLC; Daylight III, LLC; Daylight V, LLC; EdSan 2A Solar, LLC; EdSan 2A Storage, LLC; EdSan 2C Solar, LLC; EdSan 2C Storage, LLC; EdSan 2 Solar Storage, LLC; EdSan 2 Solar Storage Holding Company, LLC; EdSan MV Holdings C, LLC; Edwards Sanborn Reserve, LLC; Darkstar, LLC; Darkstar I, LLC; EdSan 2 High Voltage, LLC; EdSan 5 High Voltage, LLC; and EdSan 5 Solar, LLC.
The Project includes the construction of a 200-megawatt utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar energy generating facility and energy storage system capable of storing up to 4-gigawatt hours (GWh) of energy which includes: installation of PV solar energy equipment, low-water crossings and road crossings, underground medium voltage (MV) cable, and security fencing, and the restoration of disturbed Work Areas. Amendment No.2 adds seventeen additional Permittees.
