Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-14011-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lotusland Investment Holdings Inc., as represented by Alex Xu. The Project is part of the larger Guenoc Valley Mixed Use Planned Development. The Development is being completed in phases, and the Project described in this Agreement is in the Maha Farms Lagoon phase. The proposed Maha Farms Lagoon and Ephemeral Tributary Enhancement Project includes bank stabilization and enhancement, pedestrian and vehicle crossings, creation of a perennial lagoon, withdrawal and recirculation of lake water, and installation of a pier and floating dock.
