The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-15321-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lotusland Investment Holdings Inc., as represented by Alex Xu. The Project is part of the larger Guenoc Valley Mixed Use Planned Development. The Development is being completed in phases, and the Project described in LAK-15321-R2 Agreement is in the second and third phases. The proposed Guenoc Ranch Tier 2 & 3 Roads includes widening and realigning of existing roadways to bring road conditions up to safety standards, construction of new crossings, and the construction or repair of 11 culverts.
