Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SUT-16818-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Department of Water Resources.
The amendment will account for an additional 0.02 acres of vegetation/tree limbing and removal. The vegetation/tree limbing and removal is necessary to facilitate a large crane needed to construct the weir notch and north abutment, as well as install battered piles. The canopy of a large and small valley oak tree would be reduced back six feet with side trimming and less than 25% of the canopy crown would be removed.
