Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit request to establish a refrigerated storage use within a 785,803 square-foot warehouse and a truck maintenance facility use within a 41,923 square-foot ancillary building, on approximately 56.52 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Eucalyptus Avenue and Carpenter Avenue, within Planning Areas 6 and 6A of the Merrill Commerce Center Specific Plan. The environmental impacts of this project were previously reviewed in conjunction with File No. PSP18-001, the Merrill Commerce Center Specific Plan, for which an Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse No. 2019049079) was certified by the Ontario City Council on December 17, 2019. A focused Addendum to this Environmental Impact Report was also prepared for the related electrical substation to support the land use request.
