On July 22, 2025, the City of Los Angeles found, based on their independent judgment, and after consideration of the whole of the administrative record, the project was assessed in the certified Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Airfield and Terminal Modernization Project (SCH #2019049020), certified on November 10, 2021; and pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15162 and 15164, and as supported by the addendum approved on January 16, 2025, no major revisions are required to the FEIR and no subsequent EIR is required for approval of the project.
