Document Description
To conduct soil samples at four boring locations by using a 2.5-inch hand auger to advance ten feet below ground surface in two locations and two feet below ground surface in the other two locations, collecting soil samples at the terminus of each boring by transferring soil from the auger equipment directly into laboratory supplied containers, backfilling the borings with hydrated bentonite chips, and restoring the ground surface to pre-project conditions.

Further, none of the exceptions to the exemption in California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 15300.2 apply.
