Document Description
Reconstruct two existing half interchanges to create full interchanges at American Avenue and North Avenue, including reconstruction of existing overcrossings and construction of on- and off-ramps with sidewalks, curbs and gutters, lighting and signalization, and a stormwater system. The project would combine the partial interchanges at North Avenue and Cedar Avenue into a single interchange at North Avenue providing all ramp connections, remove the existing partial interchange ramps at Cedar Avenue, and reconfigure the partial interchange at American Avenue into a full interchange. The project would also replace the existing overcrossing structures at North Avenue and American Avenue.
