Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Streambed Alteration
Agreement (EPIMS-TUO-59887-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, San
Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
The Project includes activities related to the replacement of one existing culvert. Activities will entail site preparation
with native and non-native grass removal, soil excavation, and in-kind replacement of the culvert pipe, road
replacement over the culvert, and headwall reconstruction.
