A second Addendum to the HII San Diego Shipyard, Inc. Marginal Wharf Repair & As-Needed Pile Replacement Project was prepared to analyze the allowance of construction occurring between April 1 and September 15 annually, which is within the breeding season of the federally-listed-as-endangered California least tern, provided that biological monitoring and work cessation would occur in line with the 2019 Final MND Mitigation Measure BIO-1, and as originally contemplated in the 2019 Final MND.
