Document Description
The project includes a Special Use Permit to expand the existing general aviation facilities on a 7.0-acre site within the San José Mineta International Airport. The expanded facilities would consist of a hangar addition comprising a new 28,000-square-foot aircraft hangar, 235-square-foot office space, and concrete ramp paving for aircraft parking. The existing hangar would be retained and undergo a hangar door relocation from the South to the East elevation. The hangar addition would be constructed directly to the south and would have a height of approximately 39 feet above ground level.
