Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-590-012-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-907) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,016sqft
mature canopy in (184) 7'x7' canopy areas. Support infrastructure is approved to include a permitted onsite
groundwater well, two (2) 500-gallon and four (4) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks; four (4) 275-gallon
nutrient mixing tanks; a 15'x40' hoop-house frame with shade cloth for immature canopy and drying; a
22'x60' metal building for processing and harvest storage; a 7'x7' shed for agricultural chemical/pesticide
storage; a 4'x8' structure and 8'x12' carport for generator storage; a 6'x12' structure for petroleum storage;
a 1 O'x1 0' cannabis waste and composting area. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the
project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp with solar
