Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Numbers
(APNs): 019-660-026-000 & 019-520-001-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the County (CCL-876) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to
include approx. 6,937sqft mature canopy in (126) 4'x4' boxes (with 6'x6' canopy areas - including 68
existing, 58 proposed) and (49) 5'x5' boxes (with 7'x7' canopy areas). Support infrastructure is approved
to include a permitted groundwater well on APN 019-660-026, an 8'x8' agricultural chemical/pesticide
storage shed, a 1 0'x20' shaded area for drying, a 2,500-gallon nutrient mixing tank, a 2,500-gallon and a
3,000-gallon water storage tank. Proposed activities are approved to include installation of a 20'x20'
compost/chip and till area, an 8'x8' petroleum storage shed, the (58) mature canopy areas detailed above,
a 1 0'x20' immature canopy area and solar array on previously disturbed areas without heavy equipment
or vegetation removal. There is a permitted septic system on APN 019-660-026 to serve the project's
wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided generator less than 50hp, also including the
proposed solar detailed. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
