Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity. County on Assessor's Parcel Numbers
(APNs): 019-320-029-000 & 019-320-030-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the County (CCL-901) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to
include approx. 9,996sqft mature canopy in total (204) TxT canopy areas including (196) existing and (8)
proposed. Support infrastructure is approved to include a 12'x16' building for processing and harvest
storage, a 1 0'x40' hoop house for immature canopy, a 7.5'x6' structure for generator and petroleum
storage, a 1O'x12' shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, an 8'x40' shipping container for
harvest storage, a 26'x51' outdoor drying area, two (2) permitted groundwater wells (one on each parcel),
four (4) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks, two (2) 275-gallon nutrient mixing tanks. Proposed activities are
approved to include installation of the mature canopy areas detailed above, a 20'x20' composting area
where compost will be stored until tilling back into soil, a 20'x60' temporary shade cloth structure for drying;
and removal of structures on site that are not included in Figures 3 and 4. There is a permitted septic
system to serve the project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less
