Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-320-026-000 and 019-320-027-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the County (CCL-909) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to
include approx. 9,800sqft mature canopy in total (200) 7'x7' canopy areas. Supporting infrastructure is
approved to include a permitted groundwater well on APN 019-320-026 and another permitted
groundwater well on APN 019-320-027; a 1O'x12' shed for petroleum and generator storage; a 1O'x12'
shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage; seven (7) 1 0'x20' structures for outdoor drying; an
8'x20' shipping container for harvest storage; a 1 0'x1 0', 15'x20', and 20'x20' composting areas, a 1 0'x40'
hoop house for immature canopy and outdoor drying; a 1 0'x20' shade cloth area for drying; three (3) 2,500-
gallon and a 550-gallon water storage tank, two (2) 275-gallon nutrient mixing tanks. There is a permitted
septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by
generator less than 50hp. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
