Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-68434-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Joseph Cipriano.
The Project is limited to 1 encroachment to upgrade a failing and undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
