Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN): 017-430-049-000.
The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-005) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Mixed-Light Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL26-0000391, Expires on 2027-07-16).
Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 1 0,000sqft mature canopy in five (5) 20'x100' greenhouses with transition to total 9,984sqft mature canopy in a 96'x104' area of the proposed 96'x4 7 4' gutter connected greenhouse.
Support infrastructure is approved to include a permitted onsite groundwater well with associated 10'x12' pump house, and 40'x80' building for harvest storage, ag chemicals, office space, general storage and various delineated areas for other non-cultivation related activities.
Proposed activities are approved to include installation of a second onsite groundwater well with 1O'x12' pump house, the gutter connect greenhouse as detailed above, a 40'x60' building for processing and harvest storage; 30'x50' building for office space and general storage; and 15'x75' composting area on previously disturbed areas.
There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by TPUD. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
