Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN): 019-340-041-000.
The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-898) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC).
Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,866sqft mature canopy in (24) 8'x8' and (170) 7'x7' canopy areas. Support infrastructure is approved to include a
1O'x12' shed for ag chemical storage, a permitted onsite groundwater well, and one (1) 2,500-gallon water storage tank.
Proposed activities are approved to include installation of a 1 0x20 and 1 0x40 shade cloth area for drying, another 2,500-gallon water storage tank, an 8'x20' shipping container for harvest storage, and a 5'x5' compost area (also tilled back into the soil). There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp.
