Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN): 019-360-023-000.
The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-888) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC).
Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,972sqft mature canopy in (139) 5'x5' boxes with 1' overhang on each side, 4,968sqft, and another garden with (138) 5'x5' boxes with 1' overhang on each side, 5,004sqft. Support infrastructure is approved to include five (5) existing storage sheds (1O'x12') for chemicals, harvest storage areas; three (3) hoophouses for drying and immature plants (16'x30', 14'x90', and 16'x50'), a permitted on-site groundwater well, two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, and a 15'x15' cannabis waste compost area.
Proposed activities are approved to include installation of a 14' x 24' office, packaging, admin hold, harvest storage and processing; also including three (3) 1O'x12' storage sheds for pesticide/chemical storage, admin hold area, and harvest storage on previously disturbed areas. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the
project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp.
