Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN): 019-330-025-000.
The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-900) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC).
Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,971 sqft mature canopy in existing total (236) 4'x4' raised beds with 6.5'x6.5' areas. Support infrastructure is
approved to include two (2) onsite groundwater wells, two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, a 20'x20' compost area, two (2) 10'x12' sheds for harvest storage, and a 20'x40' shade structure for drying, immature canopy.
Proposed activities are approved to include installation of three (3) 10'x12' sheds for
harvest storage and ag chemical storage; two (2) 20'x40' shade structures for drying, immature; and a 12'x24' office administrative structure on previously disturbed areas with hand tools only.
There is a permitted septic system (on the adjacent APN 019-330-024, shared with CCL-897, same property owner) to serve the project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp.
