Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No.
EPIMS-TRI-48813-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Koyising Yang.
This project is limited to the improvement of a spillway of a man-mad pond on an ephemeral stream, which is an unnamed tributary of Hayfork Creek. The pond is for aesthetic and wildlife purposes, and no diversion of water shall occur out of it. Spillway improvements will include expanding the spillway area and adding rock armoring to eliminate sediment discharge. The pond has a gentle slope and the established riparian vegetation will not be disturbed. The length of the upgraded spillway will be approximately 16 feet. Once the in-situ soil is dry enough to support equipment weight, work shall commence. If water is still present at the time of construction, a dewatering plan will be provided to CDFW for review and approval.
