Document Description
he proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 5,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 017-010-037-000. The applicant is seeking a Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from
the County (CCL-676) and is also seeking an Adult Use Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License
from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx.
4,998sqft mature canopy in total (102) proposed 7'x7' canopy areas. Support infrastructure is approved to
include only the one (1) permitted onsite groundwater well (specifically WP1995-020), fifteen (15) 2,500-
gallon water storage tanks for both domestic and irrigation use, a 2,500-gallon water storage tank fed by
rainwater catchment for irrigation use, a 1,500-gallon nutrient mixing tank, a 20'x40' hoop house for
immature canopy, 7'x12' composting area and a 10'x12' shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide
storage. Proposed activities are approved to include installation of a 10'x12' shed on previously disturbed
ground and removal of the existing 30'x100' hoop house to be replaced by the mature canopy areas as
detailed above. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs, and
power for the project is provided by TPUD. A more detailed project description can be found in the
