Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-570-034-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-892) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,072sqft
mature canopy in (252) 5'x5' boxes with 1' overhang on each side. Support infrastructure is approved to
include a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 20' x 40' drying room; a 3,000-gallon, a 2,500-gallon, a
1,600-gallon, and a 1,000-gallon water storage tanks. Proposed activities are approved to include
installation of a 20'x20' cannabis waste composting area, a 10'x10' structure for agricultural
chemical/pesticide storage, a 10'x10' structure for petroleum storage and a 20'x40' outdoor drying area on
previously disturbed ground. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater
needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp. A more detailed project
