Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number (APN): 019-290-008-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-874) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 8,820sqft mature canopy in existing (95) and proposed (85) 7'x7' mature canopy areas. Support infrastructure is approved to include a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 5,000-gallon water storage tank; an 8'x10' and 5'x8' shed for petroleum storage, a 20'x20' cannabis waste composting/till area; and two (2) 10'x20' sheds for processing, drying and harvest storage. Proposed activities are approved to include installation of the mature canopy area detailed above, a 20'x20' hoop house for immature canopy and a 10'x12' shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp and existing four- panel solar array.
