Document Description
The Project is limited to two encroachments. One encroachment is to remove water diversion infrastructure from a stream and backfill any voids with clean washed rock. The second encroachment is for remediation of an on-stream landing constructed for water tank storage used for cannabis irrigation. Work for the remediation shall include removal/relocation of water tanks outside riparian setbacks and allow the area to revegetate.
