Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-290-038-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-896) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 8,820sqft
mature canopy in total (180) with existing (171) 7'x7' and proposed (9) 7'x7' mature canopy areas. Support
infrastructure is approved to include a 12'x30' hoop house for immature canopy, 15'x60' outdoor
processing area, a 21'x55' outdoor drying area, 10'x12' shed and 8'x44' trailer for harvest storage, 25'x29'
shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, a 20'x20' compost area, a permitted onsite
groundwater well, two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks and two (2) 275-gallon nutrient mixing tanks.
Proposed activities are approved to include installation of another 2,500-gallon water storage tank and the
additional mature canopy areas as detailed above on previously disturbed ground. There is a permitted
septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by
solar and generator less than 50hp. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C
