Document Description
The project approved by the Trinity County Planning Commission on April 23, 2026 will allow for a cannabis distribution facility (type 11) and related licenses to be pursued. A new 40' x 80' metal building will be constructed to support the distribution operations. No public access will be allowed to the facility. Eight (8) employees are proposed to be hired to support the operation. Delivery with one vehicle is proposed.
