The Trinity County Planning Commission approved the project on April 23, 2026. The project proposes the expansion of the existing nursery license, and will include the addition of the following cannabis licenses: small mixed-light cultivation (1 Ok sf), non-volatile manufacturing {Type 6), and distribution {Type 11 ). Nursery operations are approved for up to 46,924.3 sf (combined immature and mature). The proposed project is intended to function as an integrated cannabis operation in which nursery propagation, research and development, seed production, cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution occur as interconnected phases of a single operational system.
