Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-330-024-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-897) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,982.5sqft
mature canopy in proposed (330) 4'x4' boxes with a 1.5' overhang on each side. Support infrastructure is
approved to include a permitted onsite groundwater well, and one (1) temporary hoophouse (93'x46') for
immature growth and drying. Proposed activities are approved to include installation of one (1) temporary
hoophouse (93'x46') for immature growth and drying; two (2) 3,000-gallon water storage tanks, five (5)
proposed sheds 10'x12' (Harvest Storage, Pesticide/Fertilizer), one (1) 14'x24' Shed for
Administrative/Packaging, three (3) 14'x80" outdoor areas for immature plants & drying, a 20'x20' compost
area; and the mature canopy areas detailed above, all on previously disturbed areas. There is a permitted
septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by
generator less than 50hp. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
