Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-62261-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to MelNik-Farm, LLC.
The project is limited to the maintenance of four culverted stream crossings on a private road that provides access to the commercial cannabis premises. Sediment and vegetation will be removed from the inlet and outlets to maintain the flow capacity of the culverts. Heavy equipment will be used to remove sediment and debris when the stream is dry. Maintenance of the inlets and outlets of the stream crossings may include installing rock armoring as needed to protect the roadway fill from erosion.
