Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-320-031-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-891) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are apprOved to include approx. 7,350sqft
mature canopy in total (150) with existing (98) 7'x7' mature canopy areas and proposed (52) 7'x7' mature
canopy areas. Support infrastructure is approved to include a 10'x40' hoop house for immature canopy; a
20'x40' outdoor drying area, a 10'x10' chip-and-till composting area, two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage
tanks, a 500-gallon nutrient mixing tank, and a permitted onsite groundwater well. Proposed activities are
approved to include installation of the mature canopy areas as detailed above also including some fixing
of existing boxes, a 10'x12' shed for agricultural chemical/pesticide storage and 8'x10' shed for petroleum
storage on previously' disturbed ground; demolition and modification of other existing sheds into two (2)
10'x12' sheds for processing and harvest storage. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the
project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp and solar.
