Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Numbers
(APNs): 019-330-028-000 & 019-330-029-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the County (CCL-884) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to
include approx. 9,456sqft mature canopy in (64) 7'x6' and (188) 6'x6' mature canopy areas. Support
infrastructure is approved to include an 8'8"x20'9" building for generator and petroleum storage, a
20'6"x14' building with packaging on the first floor and processing and harvest storage on the second floor,
two (2) 10'x20' temporary shade cloth structures for immature canopy, an 8'4"x20'9" shed for agricultural
chemical and pesticide storage, a 20'x60' area for immature canopy and drying, a permitted onsite
groundwater well, two (2) 5,000-gallon, three (3) 2,500-gallon and one (1) 3,000-gallon water storage
tanks; and three (3) 2,500-gallon nutrient mixing tanks. Proposed activities are approved to include
removal of the existing metal frames previously covering the 7'x6' canopy areas, installation of a 12'x12'
composting/till area and reducing the 20'x60' area to a 20'x30' wooden hoop house structure. There is a
permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs, and power for the project is
provided by generator less than 50hp. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C
