Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-070-014-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-882) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,831.5sqft
mature canopy in existing (110) 5.5' x 5.5' boxes and proposed (34) 5'x5' boxes with 1' overhang in Area
#1 also including existing (110) 5'x5' boxes with 1' overhang in Area # 2. Support infrastructure is approved
to include one (1) 32'x32' hoop house, two (2) 20'x32' hoop houses, one (1) 20'x40' hoop house and one
(1) 20'x24' hoop house for immature canopy, drying; six (6) 10'x12' wooden structures for multi-use:
harvest storage, fertilizer and pesticide storage and administrative hold area, propane, fuels and general
storage; three (3) 8'x8' wooden structures for chemical, fuels and general storage, one (1) 8'x15' wooden
structure for drying, two (2) 20'x20' compost areas, six (6) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks and three (3)
permitted onsite groundwater wells. Proposed activities are approved to include installation of a 20'x30'
shop on a previous disturbed area. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's
wastewater needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp. A more detailed
