Project Description: The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Numbers
(APNs): 019-570-037-000 & 019-570-038-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the County (CCL-860) and is also seeking an Adult Use Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to
include approx. 9,979sqft mature canopy in composed of (88) 4'x4' boxes (with 6'x6' canopy areas) and
(139) 5'x5' boxes (with 7'x7' canopy areas). Support infrastructure is approved to include a permitted onsite
groundwater well, two (2) 500-gallon and three (3) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, a 30'x90' hoop house
for immature canopy, and one (1) 8'x8' shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage. Proposed
activities are approved to include installation of two (2) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, two (2) 275-
gallon nutrient storage tanks, a 10'x20' shed for processing, packaging, and harvest storage, a 4'x8'
petroleum storage shed, three (3) 10'x10' compost areas, and a 10'x12' harvest storage shed on
previously disturbed areas. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater
needs, and power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp and solar water pump. A more
