Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 018-050-067-000. The applicant currently holds a Small Mixed-Light Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-739) with proposed transition to Small Outdoor with the County and also currently holds an
Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control
(DCC; CCL22-0001402, Expires on 2026-09-30) with proposed transition to Small Outdoor with DCC.
Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,180sqft of mature canopy area in three (3) 6'x70'
beds, a total of sixteen (16) 6'x45' beds within two (2) 30'x100' greenhouses, and proposed eight (8) 6'x90'
rows within an additional proposed two (2) 30'x100' greenhouses to cover the 90' rows. Support
infrastructure is approved to include a 20'x20' cannabis waste area for composting; an 8'x40' metal
container with an 8'x20' processing area and 8'x20' harvest storage area; an 8'x40' metal container with
a 4)(40' packaging area and 4'x40' agricultural chemical and nutrient storage area; one (1) 3,000-gallon,
eight (8) smaller nutrient mixing tanks, three (3) 5,000-gallon tanks for fire suppression, and a permitted
onsite groundwater well. Proposed activities are approved to include removal of an unused 18'x23'
structure, installation of a 40'x50', 10'x100' and 20'x100' immature canopy open staging areas as well as
redefining the canopy layout, installation of additional project elements on previously disturbed areas with in the existing cultivation footprint, as described above. Power for the Project site is provided through an
existing connection to Pacific Gas and Electric grid and there is a permitted onsite septic system to serve
the project's wastewater needs. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C.
