Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 015-420-028-00. The applicant currently holds a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License
from the County (CCL-761) with proposed transition to Small Outdoor from the County and also currently
holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control
(DCC; CCL25-0000438, Expires on 2027-02-17) with proposed Distributor Transport Only Self-
Distribution, Type 13 License from the DCC. Cultivation activities are approved to include approx.
7,290sqft mature canopy in three (3) greenhouses 25'x100' with four rows (5.25'x90') and one (1)
greenhouse 25'x100' with five rows (3.6'x90'). Supporting infrastructure is approved to include two (2)
permitted onsite groundwater wells, three (3) 8'x40' (320 SF) shipping containers for immature, processing
and harvest storage, two (2) 10'x10' (100 SF) sheds for ag chemical and fuel storage, 10'x12' (120 SF)
compost area; two (2) 1,100-gallon, three (3) 2,500-gallon and (38) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks.
Proposed activities are approved to include an 8'x40' shipping container for harvest storage on previously
disturbed area. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
