Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-410-002-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-885) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 6,159sqft
mature canopy in (36) 4'x4', (92) 4.5'x4.5', (4) 6'x110', (1) 6'x100', and (1) 6'x80' proposed areas. Existing
support infrastructure is approved to include an 8'x8' ag chemical storage shed, 16'x28' shade' area for
harvest storage and drying, 4'x8' shed for petroleum product storage, 10'x12' shed for harvest storage, a
permitted onsite groundwater well, and one (1) 2,500-gallon water storage tank. Proposed activities are
approved to include installation of the mature canopy areas as detailed above, a 10'x10' composting area,
a 10'x12' harvest storage shed, one (1) 1,500-gallon water storage tank, 10'x20' shade area for
processing, an 8'x40' shipping container for immature canopy, two (2) 6'x40' hoop houses for immature
canopy and 12'x37' shaded area for drying. There is a permitted onsite septic system that services the
project's wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by gas generators less than 50hp. A more
