Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APNs): 019-350-015-000 & 019-350-016-000. The applicant is applying for a Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the County (CCL-875) and also is applying for an Adult-Use Small Outdoor
Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are
approved to include approx. 9,924sqft total of mature canopy in existing (130) and proposed (64) 4'x4'
boxes with 6'x6' canopy areas and proposed seven (7) 6'x70' hoop houses. Existing support infrastructure
is approved to include a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 20'x20' compOsting area, a 2,500-gallon
nutrient mixing tank, a 1,000-gallon water storage tank (fire suppression), and a 30'x70' drying area.
Proposed activities are approved to include installation of four (4) 6'x60' hoop houses for immature canopy,
an 8'x15' shed for petroleum product storage (8'x7.5') and ag chemical storage (8'x7.5'), additional mature
canopy areas as detailed above, an 8'x15' building for processing and harvest storage, and a 5,000-gallon
water storage tank. There is a permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs and
power for the project is provided by generator less than 50hp. A more detailed project description can be
