Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 018-460-007-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-848) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,900sqft
mature canopy in twenty-two (22) proposed 6'x75' hoop rows. Existing support infrastructure is approved
to include five (5) 8'x40' containers for general storage, processing, drying, harvest storage and
administrative hold, a permitted onsite groundwater well, 10'x10' compost area and one (1) 2,500-gallon
water storage tank. Proposed activities are approved to include installation of an additional 2,500-gallon
and two (2) 1,000-gallon water storage tanks and the (22) proposed mature canopy rows as detailed
above, on previously disturbed areas. There is a permitted onsite septic system that services the project's
wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by PG&E. A more detailed project description can be
