Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Numbers
(APNs): 014-440-052-000 & 014-440-053-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the County (CCL-878) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis
Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to
include approx. 9,972sqft mature canopy in proposed (277) 6'x6' canopy areas. Existing support
infrastructure is approved to include a 10'x10' composting area, 10'x12' shed for agricultural
chemical/pesticide storage, a permitted onsite groundwater well; three (3) 275-gallon nutrient mixing tanks
and three (3) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks. Proposed activities are approved to include installation of
a 10'x12' shed for harvest storage, a 30'x52' hoop house for immature canopy, two (2) 5,000-gallon water
storage tanks, a 30'x52' hoop house for drying, and the mature canopy areas as detailed above; also
including tree removal across both parcels and minimal grading for the two (2) hoop houses. There is a
permitted onsite septic system onsite that services the project's wastewater needs. Power for the project
is provided by TPUD. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
