Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-640-021-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-768) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 6,480sqft
mature canopy in (180) 6'x6' canopy areas. Existing support infrastructure is approved to include a
permitted onsite groundwater well, a 10'x20' drying area, a 2,500-gallon water storage tank and a 1,000-
gallon nutrient mixing tank. Proposed activities are approved to include a 10'x20' area with shade cloth for
immature canopy, a 10'x12' harvest storage shed, a 10'x10' cannabis waste / till area, an 8'x8' ag chemical
storage shed and a 5'x5' shed for petroleum products storage shed. There is a permitted septic system
onsite that services the project's wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by generator less
