Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-64876-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Bojan Bogetic.
The project is limited to the diversion of surface water from an existing onstream pond (40.568382, -123.235997) for domestic and commercial cannabis irrigation purposes. Water flows into the pond and is discharged from the pond via an 18 inch culvert pipe to Hayfork Creek. The diversion is from a seep well in the channel of the pond and is diverted with a submersible pump to pressure tanks in an adjacent shed. The water is pumped to water storage tanks. Maintenance activities could include vegetation and sediment removal at the intake of the point of diversion and the outlet of the pond spillway. Yearly invasive species monitoring and/or removal will occur for bullfrogs.
