Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-61554-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Michael Marks, representing Summit Green, LLC. The project is limited to diversion and storage of surface water from Browns Creek for commercial cannabis cultivation purposes under the requirements of a Small Irrigation Use Registration. Water will be diverted from a single location using a ½-horsepower shallow well jet pump through 1¼” pipe to off-channel storage ponds. An approved fish screening device will be placed on the intake prior to diversion season.
