Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of
up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor's Parcel Number
(APN): 019-350-034-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
County (CCL-527) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the
Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities are approved to include approx. 9,840sqft of
mature canopy with 7,840sqft in four (4) 30' x 98'greenhouses each containing four (4) 5'x98' mature
canopy areas (1,960sqft) and an additional (80) 5'x5' proposed mature canopy areas (2,000sqft total).
Supporting infrastructure is approved to include 6'x100' hoop house for immature canopy, 20'x20' compost
area and 5'x8' ag chemical storage shed; a permitted onsite groundwater well, and two (2) 5,000-gallon
water storage tanks. Power will be provided by solar system and generators less than 50hp. There is a
permitted septic system onsite to serve the project's wastewater needs. Proposed activities include the
installation of a 2,500-gallon water storage tank, two (2) 8'x15' sheds for harvest storage, an additional
20'x20' compost area and a 15'x30' outdoor drying area also including the (80) mature canopy areas
detailed above, to be installed on previously disturbed areas. A more detailed description can be found in
the Appendix C.
