The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-60252-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kavis Farm, LLC as represented by Ka Moua. The project is limited to the impoundment of water and the maintenance of an existing onstream pond for the purpose of stock watering. The pond will be managed for bullfrogs and maintenance of vegetation during periods of time when the pond is dry.
